William Blanc 2010

A nice wine produced in Quebec from the Rivière du Chêne winery in Saint-Eustache, one of the most beautiful winery in the province.

The William White has nice citrus and mint aromas. On the palate, balanced acidity with mineral notes and citrus, apple and linden flavors.

It will be a good match with fish, seafood and pork chop with apple, maple and cheese sauce.

Serving temperature: 12-13 ° C (54 – 55 °F)
Ready to drink now.
