White Zinfandel Beringer Sparkling Rosé | Wine of the Week

A little taste of summer in a long lasting winter! This White Zinfandel Rosé Beringer is the type of wine generally tasted in the sun on the terrace but can be really appreciated all year round.  Beringer

With a beautiful salmon pink color and fine bubbles, the nose reveal floral aromas and strong scent of strawberries and lemon. The palate begins with a nice, classic “mousse” mouthfeel, with flavors of strawberry, spice and lemon, followed by a nice acidity and a sweet finale.

An excellent aperitif which can also be very good with scallops and seafood.

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C
