The Holidays season is always a good period for sparkling wines. It’s effectively the best period of sparkling wines of the year.

The first sparkling wine is from France, Alsace.

Aging potential : 3 to 6 years

The wine is of an intense yellow – pale gold green color, with delicate fine bubbles. Notes of golden apple and hazelnut are perceptive. This sparkling wine presents a refreshing acidity and flavours of white fruit, herbs. minerals with a good balance. A pleasant dry and clean finish.

Wine and Food pairing: enjoy with smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail or simply as aperitif.
