Pinot Noir Waimea Nelson 2009

A beautiful Pinot nose with fruity, floral and some smoky notes. A vivid acidity, smooth tannins, a touch of bitterness and a medium finish. A medium-bodied Pinot well balanced.

Delicious served with shitake mushrooms pork filet.



Serving temperature: 15 – 16 ° C. (59 – 61 °F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2013.
