The region of Martinborough produces ripe and refined pinots. Strawberries and leather, quite elegant and very typical. Medium bodied, supple with surprising length.

Perfect with the Christmas turkey or chicken.

Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C. (61-64 °F)
Ready to drink now (decant if drank now) or cellar until 2018.
