Mouton Cadet Bordeaux 2007 | Wine of the Week

A wine that doesn’t need much presentation. The well-known Mouton Cadet Bordeaux is a Bordeaux blend made of 65% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc.

Mouton Cadet

Matured between 12 to 18 months, the color is deep garnet-red. On the nose, fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry. A complex nose that exhibit red and black fruits, tobacco and violet notes. On the palate, it’s a fresh wine with round tannin and a long aftertaste.



Wine and food pairing
Paired it with poultry, lamb stew, duck and young rabbit.



Service
Serving temperature: 15-17 ° C. (59-63 °F)
Ready to drink now but best from 2010 through 2014.
