Monastrell Juan Gil | Wine of the Week

An intense deep red cherry color. The bouquet is clean and complex. Its exhibits pepper, leather, fruits and woody aromas. The palate is well constituted and nicely structured. The tannins are present and drive us to a nice final. Oxygen for 30 minutes before serving.

Will be an excellent pairing with grilled and roasted red meats, sausage, pork, rice meals, vegetable and medium cheese.

Serving temperature: 16 – 18 ° C.
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2009.
