Ca’del Solo Big House Red Californie 2007 | Wine of the Week

The Ca’del Solo Big House Red California 2007 presents the best of each varietal that compose this blend.  The spiciness from the Syrah, the cherry and the raspberry from the Sangiovese and the Barbera, the blueberry from the Tannat, the cassis from the Grenache and the chocolate from the Mourvèdre.

The color is red purple. The nose exhibits notes of licorice, oak, red fruits and spice. On the palate, it’s a rich and medium-bodied wine.

Paired it with souvlakis, beef, grilled chicken and with your favorites Barbecued meals.

Serving temperature: 16 to 18 ° C. (61-64 °F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2012.
