A selective handpicking 100% Riesling wine from Germany. The color is yellow straw. The nose exhibits peaches and orange peel. In the mouth, pears, fruity and delicate spicy aromas. The acidity is balanced. Aerate before serving to develop its bouquet.
Paired with Asian and Indian meals. It will also be a good match with fish or simply served as aperitif.
Serving temperature: 10 à 12°C (50-54°F)
