The Vin Gris de Cigare rosé 2009 is the perfect rosé for these hot summer evenings. A Californian blend from Bonny Doon Vineyard made of Grenache Noir (83%), Grenache Blanc (10%), Roussanne (5%) and Cinsault (2%).

The vintage 2009 is clearly lighter in color than the previous vintages. A salmon pink color that reminds the rosé from Provence. Hints of red fruits candy and flowers. On the palate, fruity flavors and a nice acidity. An elegant rosé.

Pair with seafood, salmon trout and smoke salmon pizza.

Serving temperature: 8-10 ° C (46-50°F).
