Wine of the week | Vinivino's review
28 December 2009
A real champagne’ classic! The Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut Champagne. A Brut non vintage champagne made of between 50% and 55% Pinot Noir, between 15% and 20% Pinot Meunier and between 28% and 33% Chardonnay.

The outcome showcases a golden-yellow color champagne with fine and tiny bubbles. On the nose, white fruits, dried fruits and vanilla aromas. On the palate, fruity and spicy aromas. Nice balance and a long finish.

A must for the aperitif or for your New Year celebrations. Paired it with oysters.

Serving temperature: 8 to 10°C (46-50°F)
