Wine of the week | Vinivino's review
08 February 2010
It’s from the abbreviation of the French appellation of Hermitage; a region recognized for Marsanne grapes, that the “hermit” crab comes from. An Australian blend made of Viognier (72%) and Marsanne (28%).

A beautiful nose that exhibit floral, peach, apricot, citrus, melon, ginger and almond aromas. A good complexity on the nose and also found on the mouth. On the palate, tropical fruits, nectarine, spice and ginger. A lively and well-balanced mouth that showcases spicy and pine nuts flavors on the finish.

A must with Thai cuisine.

Serving temperature: 12 °C (54°F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2012
