The Syrah Cusumano 2008 will charm you before you take your first sip. Its unique recyclable glass-stopper as opposed to the traditional cork will surprise you. Very few producers have opted for these glass-stoppers. It’s fit well with this wine. Once opened the charm campaign continues with its deep ruby color. On the nose, scents of black fruits, plum and licorice. On the palate, the fruity and spicy characteristics of the Syrah will fill your mouth.
A smart buy.
Paired it with lamb, lamb chop and grilled rabbit.
