This Shiraz from Richfield Vineyard has a dark cherry red color. On the nose, blackberry, raspberry, spicy and cedar aromas. On the palate, it's a rich and bold wine with berry fruits flavors. The mouth is also added with spicy, earthy and oak flavors. An excellent Shiraz for the price.
Paired it with grilled and roasted red meats. Delicious with a couscous, lamb and with your favorite Greek meals.
Serving temperature: 16 à 17°C (60-63°F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2011.
