A Bordeaux style wine made of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. This blend from British Columbia, Canada is produced by Osoyoos Larose, which is owned by Vincor International and the Groupe Taillan owner of the Château Gruaud-Larose.

A very nice wine with a garnet color. On the nose, blackcurrant, tobacco, pine and smoke. On the palate, it’s a complex medium-bodied wine with firm tannins. The mouth exhibits plum, blackcurrant and cedar flavors. A long length on the finish.

Paired it with braised and roasted meats. Served it with a duck breast, a mint-crusted leg of lamb or grilled lamb brochettes.

Serving temperature: 16 to 18°C (61-64°F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2012
