Wine of the week | Vinivino's review
22 December 2008
A nice Bordeaux style blend elaborated with 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Malbec, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot.

This intriguing wine will charm you. The color is ruby dark. Aromas of clove, sandalwood and fresh blackcurrant are followed by raspberry and oak aromas. This wine has supple tannins and a good intensity in mouth.

It will be a good match with game meat. It’s also an excellent choice with a blue cheese bison burger.

Serving temperature: 16 - 17 °C
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2014.
