What a nice wine from a beautiful winery located on the Beamsville Bench, Ontario! The Fielding Pinot Gris 2007 has a clear color with a golden hue. The nose, oh... the noise! Very fruity and complex. Aromas of pear, green apple, tropical fruit and honey. Very aromatic. On the palate, a fruity flavors recall from the nose with pear, green apple and passion fruit flavors. It’s a refreshing Pinot Gris with a nice finish. You will keep asking for it!
Paired with a red tuna steak salad. Will also be a good match with Asian meals and sushi.
Serving temperature: 10 to 12 ° C. (50 - 54 °F)
