d'Arenberg The Stump Jump White 2008 is a nice blend made of Riesling (55%), Sauvignon Blanc (17%), Marsanne (16%) and Rousanne (12%).

It result a fruity and expressive wine. On the nose, fruits salad and lime notes are mixed with some floral aromas. On the palate, herbal and fruity notes. Well balanced.

d’Arenberg reminds us… the label, an optometrist eye chart inspired design doubles as a make shift sobriety test. If you hold the bottle at arm’s length and you can still read the bottom line you can have another glass.

Pair with a seafood’s paella.

Serving temperature: 10-12 ° C (50-54°F).
