Wine of the week | Vinivino's review
12 October 2009
This Chenin blanc from Ken Forrester is a reference in the Chenin blanc. The color is yellow straw. The nose is fruity with notes of apricots and vanilla. On the palate, it's a full-bodied wine, very ripe with apricots, honey, vanilla and oak flavors.

Paired with Asian and Indian foods. Curry, fish, seafood and chicken.

Serving temperature: 8 to 10°C (46-50°F)
