The color is ruby dark. On the nose, aromas of spice, followed by an amalgam of eucalyptus, chocolate and dark cherries. The mouthfeel is long, dense and coating. We note the aromas of the nose but now added with woody and leather flavors. This 100% Shiraz wine has a lot to offer.
It will be a good match with game meat and cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16 - 17 °C
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2015.
