White Zinfandel Beringer Sparkling Rosé | Wine of the Week

A little taste of summer in a long lasting winter! This White Zinfandel Rosé Beringer is the type of wine generally tasted in the sun on the terrace but can be really appreciated all year round.

With a beautiful salmon pink color and fine bubbles, the nose reveal floral aromas and strong scent of strawberries and lemon. The palate begins with a nice, classic “mousse” mouthfeel, with flavors of strawberry, spice and lemon, followed by a nice acidity and a sweet finale.

An excellent aperitif which can also be very good with scallops and seafood.

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C
