The color pale straw with touches of green. The nose, in the pure Sauvignon blanc tradition, exhibits tropical fruits, fresh cut grass, lime, citrus and grapefruit aromas. In mount flavors of the passion fruit and lime that adds to fresh cut grass flavor.

This Sauvignon blanc has a fresh acidity, is persistent and has a vibrant and a great finish. Store a few bottles to make the summer last a bit longer.

A good match with oysters and fresh summer salads. It will also be a good match with fish, white pasta sauce and seafood pasta sauce.

Serving temperature: 8 to 10 ° C.
Ready to drink now or cellar for next year.
