Wine of the week | Vinivino's review
13 April 2009
Another great product from François Lurton, this time it's from their Chilean vineyards in the Colchagua Valley. It is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Carmenere and Syrah.

The color is ruby, the nose is complex with aromas of fruit and spices, with a pleasant touch of eucalyptus that is typical of this type of wine. The aromas are carried in the mouth, with a hint of undergrowth. This wine is complex and very well structured and has a beautiful long finish.

Choose a dish of poultry (duck, wild goose) preferably grilled to accompany the wine.

Serving temperature: 17 - 18°C
Drink now or keep until 2012.
