Wine of the week | Vinivino's review
10 November 2008
The Château du Parc 2006 Côtes du Roussillon is a blend made of Grenache 60%, Syrah 30% and Mourvèdre 10%. The color is red garnet. On the nose, violet and fruity aromas. In mouth, it’s a medium-bodied fruity wine with firm tannins.

It will be a good match with lamb, grilled beef or with a spaghetti meat sauce.

Serving temperature: 15-16 ° C.
Ready to drink now or thought the year.
