Wine of the week | Vinivino's review
20 April 2009
A nice Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley region. The color is deep ruby. The nose exhibits oak and roasting aromas and is added by plum, blackcurrant, cherry, cedar and spicy aromas. On the palate, blackcurrant, clove and spicy flavors. This wine has ripe tannins leading to a long finish.

Paired with game, duck confit, BBQ steak, lamb chop and grilled and roasted red meat.

Serving temperature: 16 à 17°C (60-63°F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2012.
