The color is intense ruby. The nose exhibits blackcurrant, cherry and plum aromas. There are also tobacco and coffee notes. On the palate, it’s a full-bodied wine rich in flavors described for the nose. Gorgeous and refreshing, this wine has soft tannins.
A nice blend made of 55% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 5% Syrah.
Paired with osso buco, pastas, lamb and strong cheeses.
