Véronique Rivest, Best Sommelier of Canada 2012

Véronique Rivest was named Canada’s Best Sommelier 2012. Of the three finalists, Will Predhomme (Ontario), Elyse Lambert (Quebec) and Véronique Rivest (Quebec), Ms. Rivest was singled out for honors won.

Véronique Rivest will compete in the Best Sommelier Competition of the Americas in Brazil next month as well as the World’s Best Sommelier Competition in 2013 in Japan.

Véronique Rivest won the title of Best Sommelier of Quebec in 1999 and Canada in 2006. Congratulations Ms. Rivest and good luck for the upcoming competitions.
