The Mad Hatter Hewitson 2006 | Wine of the Week

The Mad Hatter 2006 is a rich and intense wine with a deep, inky, purple colour. On the nose, aromas of licorice, creme de cassis, blackberries, flowers, minerals and spice. In mouth, these aromas are followed by a powerful mouth and by ripe tannins. Flavors of chocolate, blackberry and mocha. The finish is long.  Hewitson

It will be a good match with grilled and roasted read meats, lamb and game.
