This Sauvignon blanc has a fresh acidity, is persistent and has a vibrant and a great finish. Store a few bottles to make the summer last a bit longer.

A good match with oysters and fresh summer salads. It will also be a good match with fish, white pasta sauce and seafood pasta sauce.
