"The color is intense dark red purple. On the nose red black fruits aromas such as plums cherries and currant. Aromas of dry figs black cacao and hints of violet also contribute to this complex nose. In mouth it’s a well-balanced and elegant spicy wine with a touch of vanilla. Round with velvet tannins this wine will charm all your senses.

Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C.
Ready to drink now if decanted for at least 3 hours or cellar until 2019."
Wine & food pairing
"It will be a good match for game lamb and entrecote fillet. Also excellent with cocoa chocolate desserts."
