Notes from the Winemaker
It has a pale yellow colour with a light green sheen, resembling the colour of berries; its perfume is of lime, pink grapefruit and glycine flowers; virile and fruity, it has a marked acidity but without being aggressive; there is a slight salty flavour and its aromas remain long in the mouth.
It is an excellent accompaniment for oysters, shellfish, sea-fish, fish terrines and poultry in cream.

Ready to drink now or cellar until 2015
