A blend from the Perrin family made of Grenache 50%, Syrah 20%, Carignan 15% and 15% Cinsault. The color is deep purple. On the nose, aromas of strawberries, fruits and kirsch. In mouth, it’s a fresh and fruity wine with pleasant tannins. 
It will be a good match with lamb mechoui, terrine and sausages.
Serving temperature: 15-16 ° C.
