Intriga Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
The color of this Cabernet Sauvignon from Maipo Valley is deep ruby red. The nose exhibits ripe black fruit, cassis, mocha, spice, vanilla and nail polish remover aromas. On the palate, ripe fruits, oak, torrefaction and black chocolate flavors. Good balance and a long finish.
Paired it with roasted or grilled red meats, pastas and pizza.
Serving temperature: 16 to 18°C (61-64°F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2023.
