Finca Flichman Malbec 2008 | Wine of the Week

Hard to find better on the market. This Finca Flichman Malbec is your best bet under $8.

A purple color and a very aromatic nose for this Malbec from Argentina. Ripe fruits, plum and oak aromas. You will be charmed by its full-bodied mouth, its strong tannins and its woody and ripe fruits flavors. A bargain for the price.

Paired with grilled or braised beef with a pepper sauce, a confit duck or a rack of lamb.

Serving temperature: 16-17 °C (61-63°F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2011
