Dupéré Barrera, Terres de Méditerranée 2006 | Wine of the Week

The color is red ruby with some violet reflex. Black cherry, mint, violet aromas dominate the noise. The alcohol is present, a bit too much though. In mouth, the tannins are all over the place at the first sip but will get soften to exhibits pepper and fruity aromas. Terres de Méditerranée

You will appreciate this wine with red meats. It will be an excellent choice with lamb, osso buco, and pork.

Serving temperature: 15 to 17 ° C.
