Domaine Dromadaire 30670 2006 | Wine of the Week

30670 is the zip code of a small village in South of France (Aigues-Vives ) but also the name of one of the 5 wines tasted during the Sud de France Worldwide Synchronized Wine Tasting. This Domaine Dromadaire 30670 is unfortunately available at the winery only.

Made from a blend of Syrah and Grenache, this wine has a nice deep cherry red color. On the nose, black olives, cherry are mixed with woody and animals notes. On the palate, black cherry, pepper and jam flavors offer a complex wine. Velvet tannins and a moderately long finish.

Pair with grilled meat. Delicious with an Angus BBQ steak.

Serving temperature: 16 – 17 ° C. (61-63°F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2012
