Coyote’s Run Cabernet 2007 | Wine of the Week

From the Canadian Coyote’s Run winery, this Cabernet 2007 is another nice wine from the winemaker David Sheppard. This wine, from Niagara Ontario, is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 50% and Cabernet Franc 50%. Coyote run Cabernet

The color is red dark and intense. The nose is very fruity and exhibits plums, spices and vanilla aromas. The mount is also fruity; the usual veggie of the Cabernet Franc is not present. The plums flavors will charm you and will match perfectly your meal. A well-balanced wine with silky tannins and a beautiful finish.

It will be a good match with grilled steak or old cheddar.

Serving temperature: 16-17 ° C.
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2011.
