Copa Santa Domaine Clavel Coteaux du Languedoc 2003 | Wine of the week

A great wine from a winery located east of Montpellier, le Domaine Clavel. The Méjanelle terroir is situated a little bit lower in altitude than the rest of the coteaux du Languedoc. Copa Santa

A beautiful ruby bouquet for this wine composed of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. The nose is powerful marked by aromas of cherries, chocolate and pepper notes that reminds the best Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s. A soft and complex palate with an impeccable balance. Some features observed on the nose are back, such as cherry and chocolate. A creamy and dense texture with soft tannins. Long finale. A wine acclaimed by all!

Enjoy with grilled meats (beef) and vegetables marinated and grilled with olive oil. Medium spices.

Serving temperature: 16 – 17 ° C, decant for 30 minutes – 1 hour

Ready to drink, but you can keep it till 2011
