This 100% Chardonnay from the Canadian winery Mission Hill Family Estate is elegant and harmonious.

A rich nose that exhibits peach, pineapple, pear and vanilla aromas. A mouth full of flavors, fresh and rounded where the citrus, coconut and oak flavors are been added to the aromas from the nose. A lively acidity that lead to a long and balanced finish.

Paired with citrus and sesame seeds shrimps, chicken curry.

Serving temperature: 12-14 °C (54-57°F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2012
