Cave Spring Riesling Estate 2006 | Wine of the Week

What a nice wine from the Cave Spring Vineyard, Niagara, Ontario! The nose exhibits grapefruit, peach and pear aromas. There is also some floral note. On the palate, it’s a dry, medium-bodied wine with citrus and grapefruit flavors. A touch of mineral and ginger flavors. This wine offers a long and crisp finish. Cave Spring Riesling

Paired with lobster, seafood, roasted turkey and cheese.
