Borsao Campo de Borja 2007 | Wine of the Week

This Borsao is a nice budget wine. A blend made of Grenache 70%, Syrah 20% and Tempranillo 10%. The color is red purple. The nose exhibits fruity and floral aromas. On the palate, blackcurrants, kirsch and spicy flavors. Relatively complex, this medium-bodied wine has velvet tannins. Borsao

Paired with grilled and red grilled meats. An everyday wine.

Serving temperature: 16 à 18°C (60-64°F)
Ready to drink now or cellar until 2011.
