Your Super Bowl night menu is done; natcho, pizza, veggies and the traditional chicken wings. It’s a fast and easy to prepare menu that will leave the entire spotlight on the game.
Of course, a good cold beer will perfectly match your menu but wines can also be a good choice with your meal.
If you go with reds, opt for wines such as the American Zinfandel, Spanish and Chilean wines. They will pair with the sunny side of the chili and of the salsa. The Zinfandel Dancing Bull 2007 will be a good choice with your Buffalo wings.
Rosé are also a good bet. Generally more festive, a Rosé like the Vin Gris de Cigare from Bonny Doon and its spicy notes will charm your guests.
If you prefer the Whites, opt for a Riesling or a Gewurztraminer.
Enjoy your Super Bowl party and be careful with upset stomach.
